Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Times We ship internationally from our fulfilment warehouse. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard international shipping: 15–45 business days
- In rare cases, delivery may take up to 60 days depending on your location and customs processing.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
Delays If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us and we will investigate and offer a resend or full refund.
